The interior light does not work. This dehydrator is great for meats and dried fruit. I ordered one before Christmas and the interior light stopped working on the third use. I ordered another one as a Christmas gift for my son before the light stopped working. The interior light did not work when it arrived. Returning it was very complicated. Everything else is great except the light. I recommend this product if the interior light is not an issue for you. However, this issue makes me question the overall quality.October 15, 2022

Get your garden ready! We need to do something with the thousands of peppers we grow each year. We love spicy food so drying peppers seemed like a good idea. Well, it is. My only complaint is that it takes much longer to dry food than the manufacturer recommends, a few hours more. Be prepared for your house to smell like you dried for 24-48 hours. For us, that's the smell of ghost peppers and habaneros. Open the windows! This product works better than the typical oven and air fryer. We dry food with both methods and they last for days.July 13, 2021

The stainless steel exterior will rust immediately. I cooked several batches of veggies and meat jerky within three weeks of receiving it. Everything was very good, but the stainless steel exterior started to rust immediately after I washed the first batch. It doesn't stay in the kitchen, so it's not a problem for me, but it could be a problem for you!March 10, 2021

love it but it got dented in shipping. I used it to process dried meat. I am very happy with the results. I have not found a place to report minor shipping damage. The only option seems to be to return it but I have decided not to do that.November 25, 2020

Great for cold cuts. I've used my dehydrator to dry jerky several times and love it. Sometimes it makes a lot of noise while drying, but not always. That might have something to do with the dent it arrived with. The right back corner was pushed inward. You can see the dent when you open the package. I'm hoping that's not the cause of the noise. Other than that, I love this dryer.February 16, 2020
