Dental floss leaking. The product keeps what it promises! I like the idea of the oral irrigator. Since I have sensitive gums, it eliminates flossing and bleeding. Looks cute… I chose this mostly because of the color, it's pretty and looks good on the shelf (which is good because that's where it sits most of the time). It's not very ergonomic and makes it extremely easy to spray water anywhere except the gum line. The pressure is not very targeted. No variety of tips. I will be relegating this product to my basement to use for cleaning or stripping household items and will purchase a better quality product in the near future.July 23, 2022

It was great until it stopped working. I liked it very well. It really cleaned the spaces between my teeth. The power setting was great. I used it every day until it stopped working. Now it works for 30 seconds and then stops. It took 4 months.July 2, 2022

Not for sensitive gums/sensitive teeth. The force is way too strong, I can only use the lightest force and sometimes it still causes bleeding. There should be a guard (transparent square/rectangular shape on the opposite side of the water jet) to prevent water from splashing out of your mouth.April 8, 2021

Works really well but the water hose is difficult to clean. This is a wonderful flosser, works well, easy to charge, portable, powerful with 3 different settings. However, after about 4 months of use, mold began to form on the pipe that carries water into the device. I always dry the unit as best I can, but you can't remove the hose to clean it as it appears to be stuck together. I would suggest they change the design to allow access to the water inlet pipe and be able to clean it with a small brush. I used bleach and then tried vinegar to clean it as best as possible. There are still some residues left in the tube. I contacted support and they did a wonderful job of sending me a new device, but I believe this will continue to happen unless it is designed differently.December 21, 2020

The water flows EVERYWHERE. Warning: Use it in the shower unless you want your bathroom, face and clothes covered with water. Even on the gentlest setting it is painful to use.
