Perfect for leftovers.Whenever I have holiday dinner at my home I make plenty of extra food so my kids can take home leftovers. These are the perfect size for that, and I don't have to worry about getting the containers back. My only complaint is that they really don't hold the promised 38 oz of food, I think they are including the height of the container with the domed lid. For instance, if you tried to put 38 oz of peas in this container, it wouldn't work. But for food that doesn't spill, like say, a large chicken breast or two, it would fit the promised volume.May 4, 2022

Highly useful; value for money.like these takeout containers a lot. They hold a full meal's worth of food or a gracious portion of entree. I use them for meal prep/portion control and gifting food. You don't have to worry about people not giving your container back! The tops and bottoms of the boxes stay together well, but these are not leakproof (so, for example, you would not want to store soup in them). These were a good price, they are useful, and I recommend them.May 24, 2021

Good containers, could use improvement.These containers are useful. I like that they are microwave and they hold just about the right amount of food for one portion. I like that the top is clear because it lets you see what's in the container. Most colored lids obscure a little too much, so I'm glad these are not colored.My problem is with the shape. They are actually pretty big at the top, but they narrow very quickly towards the bottom. They could hold a lot more if they were more square, or they could hold the same amount and be a lot smaller if that was preferred. All you have to do is make the bottom a little reflected. So these don't fit very well in small lunch containers, but don't offer enough volume to really be worth upgrading to a larger lunch box.June 14, 2019
