Do not use microware.These are a little smaller than I thought they would be, but still good for a rice bowl, salad or fruit. They are thin, so do not microwave.July 20, 2022

2nd Purchase.Our first set lasted almost 3 whole years. I originally purchased for meal prep throughout the week, to help with portion control. Then these bowls were used for school lunches for my child. On Sunday nights we prepared home cooked food, and placed them in the freezer. Every morning he grabs one bowl for lunch to heat up in the microwave at school. Like other reviewers said we experienced some bowls and lids cracking. But. I was surprised to see some notes they have melted. We have never had one melt in the microwave. My child said he sometimes leaves these in the school microwave for eight minutes. I sure hope the quality is what we are used to because I just made another purchase. I trusted the quality and durability of these bowls based on my first purchase.June 20, 2022

Outstanding product.Used for over a yearGetting ready to order 2nd batch.So many uses.I do a lot of vegetable steaming. I like to buy and eat fresh vegetables. But being single they go bad quickly. So now I steam them, flash freeze and place in these nifty containers and stack in freezer.I've done cabbage, carrots, brockley, celery, brushel spouts, onions, cut and marinated rump roast and pork shoulder.I also use micro soups , cooked rice, canned chili. They also make great storage for phone charger cables and plug ins, small items that get lost easily.The only cons I found is:1. Stain with anything red like chilli or spaghetti sause2. Lids don't fit as tight as rubber maid ones. Or not tight enough to burp.3. Plastic is a bit flimsy when filled with liquids but place this on small saucer to compensate.I have frozen and micro waved these guys to the max and never a crack in bowl or lid..They are a life, food and money saver for me .February 11, 2021

finally right size & cost.For years I've used similar sized restaurant/deli containers I purchased via Restaurant suppliers to store smaller portions of dog food or gravies I stored in our freezer. The size was perfect and lasted quite a few years of freezing/dishwasher etc. Time to replace and couldn't find this size unless I bought hundreds at a high price until good old the site had just what I needed. I'm not trying to have units that must under all circumstances be leakproof so I can't test to that; but size and freeze proof and easy to wash is my mantra and this unit has the correct ounces without counting as part of the cover high arch top as part of the total ounce. This is a basic small rectangle with decent amount of ounces as part of the container base not it's arched top. Hope this info helps others.February 1, 2020

Functions as intended.These are a but smaller than I had expected them to be but they function as intended. 4 stars because a few of them were so stuck together they broke trying to get them apart. Otherwise, they hold food well and the lids snap tightly into place.November 24, 2019

Smaller than expected.don't like giving unfavorable reviews, but these were not what I was looking for. I was looking for something sturdier. I will say they didn't melt in the dishwasher. I thought they would. These would be good for snacks or candy, cat trears etc. Just not what I needed. I did get a refund and the company was 5 stars. Overall good replacement for our aging stockpile of small food containers but sadly not transparent.We generally end up with leftovers when we have a big meal, and then we enjoy living off the leftovers for the next couple of days. I was very attracted to these containers because they were priced out at 50 cents each, which was a good enough price point, and I was attracted because the photo showed them to be transparent, which was a big improvement for me. I like to be able to see what's in the fridge. Sadly these are about as transparent as my prior containers, which is to say translucent at best. But I will keep them anyway.September 18, 2019
