I ordered these a month before my wedding. Wish I had opened both boxes. On the wedding day I opened the second box and noticed a lid was missing. So I had 3 complete and 1 incomplete.December 12, 2024

These stoves come completely disassembled so you have to struggle to understand the poorly written assembly instructions. The parts aren't very well made, they are stamped metal with rough edges, but they are serviceable. I didn't have the time to return them for better quality, so I kept them. After using them, I can say they work as expected, just not up to the manufacturing standards I expected.November 29, 2024

This is a great container for heating food. 5 points for the product. 3 points for the seller/shipper. The product came in a perfect shipping box, but the original box was broken in one corner and the foam was torn. This product was returned after a while because the food tray was discolored. The legs were bent so the water and oil tank brackets were at an angle. Spent several minutes carefully machining the legs to make them equal lengths and at similar angles. The seller was negligent in shipping in this condition. I am hoping the second product that arrives later today will be in better condition.June 5, 2024

Pros: Cheaper than competing hotplates, has a hinge that allows the lid to be easily closed, easy assembly, you can use it to set up a buffet, not a disposable aluminum hotplate, can be reused multiple times Cons: Pots stick together, took a while to assemble, but there is a silicone tool that helped me with pots getting stuck, steel is thin, you get what you pay for, some rust on the frame etc.August 10, 2023

want to give 5 stars because I am very happy with this set of pans. My only complaint is that the lids would not fit perfectly even when I swapped them and rotated them to see if they would fit better with other pans in the set. Some corners may have a 1/8" gap. Other than that they work great. Installation was easy and quick, they were packaged very well, and I had no trouble taking them apart because there is paper and cardboard between each mold. If you accidentally run your finger over them when washing them you can get paper scratches like I did. I used 2 burners on 3 machines and they get very hot, and used ice on the last machine and considering it was 90 degrees in South Florida that day, the lid handle seemed to be on and the ice held up very well. It was not too hot to be at many parties.November 26, 2021

Overall, this bowl is great in concept and aesthetics… I gave it 4 stars because the design has some flaws and the top plate can fall into the bottom plate that holds the water if not placed properly. To prevent this, I would have liked the rim of the top container to be slightly larger. I bought this model because it came highly recommended and had generally good reviews. think these are great for short term use. Overall they are fairly fragile, bend easily and are not exactly durable. They scratch easily so after just one use they look bad. I also didn't realise there was no oil in them to heat them up so my activity didn't go as planned. However I do like the heating effect of the steam if used properly. Same thing as them except one of the boxes is missing the plates that hold the legs in place so they don't bend or fall over when you push the whole set. I had to cut a piece of wood to put between them so it doesn't bend. We even use them at parties because someone might accidentally knock them over.July 25, 2020
