I originally bought this set because I wanted to bake cookies, but it is also suitable for baking fish, frozen foods, etc. The overall quality is good. The material is stainless steel, and the mirror-smooth and transparent surface. However, the baking pan will bend slightly when placed in the oven. When it cools completely, it will return to its normal shape. If you are looking for a non-toxic baking pan, then this is a good baking pan set for beginners.May 19, 2024

The price is good, maybe a little low. They will temporarily lose their shape when heated in the oven. This happens suddenly and you will hear a loud pop after a few minutes. They will spring back into place when cooled. We bought them twice. Once for baking and once for cat food stains without plastic to remove acne from cat's chin.October 20, 2022

They are heavy. I usually use parchment paper and these pans work great. I used them without the parchment paper and they needed to be washed. I dried them with a towel and the next time I used them I noticed they had some rust spots. Some water got under the top and it rusted.July 31, 2021
