The loaf pan is almost half the size of a baking pan. These aluminum pans have a nice weight and thickness. They are a little smaller than a standard half pan, so they don't quite fit the one in my hand. My loaf pan also has sharp edges, but I try to smooth them out.January 10, 2025

Most silicone baking mats are larger than these baking pans. Even though these baking pans are made of thick stainless steel, they will crack when placed in a hot oven. Only the aluminum baking pans are still flat. I wanted the stainless steel ones because they are nice and clean, so far they look great and are easy to clean. The reason I didn't give them five stars is the size. While I noticed they were looking for stainless steel half pans, that's not the actual size of the half pans. I have some older aluminum half pans and my silicone mats fit perfectly into those baking pans, the sides of the mats are curved. As you can see in the pictures, the stainless steel baking pans fit easily into my older half pans.December 23, 2024

To say the smallest item is a pan is a bit of an exaggeration. While this set is beautiful, well made, and durable, I am concerned about the size of the smallest pan. You could probably bake two cookies with it.December 21, 2024

My second updated review. I cooked with them once and they seemed sturdy. However, I continue to use them. Because I have parrots, I have to use chemical-free cookware. I continue to use them and they look fine. I don't even know which one is broken. They seem to be easy to clean. I only use the polished surface when making crispy chicken, so I rate them higher and hope to continue using them. I will buy them again.December 19, 2024

This is exactly what a chef wants. I replaced my heavy baking pans with these lightweight stainless steel baking pans. Most baking pans on the market contain aluminum, which I try to avoid, and then I found these. I love how lightweight they are. It bakes evenly, non-stick, and has a nice glossy finish. I gave these pans 4 stars instead of 5 because it says they are not sturdy. Well, every time I bake cookies they bend a little at the corners but then they go back to their original shape. I noticed they bend a little because they wobble like all the other pans I've had in the past. It's still a thick pan but I was a little disappointed it warped in the oven.December 8, 2024

Great set. I bought this for my 11 year old daughter who is just starting to learn to bake. We bought her a toaster and wanted the right baking tools. Everything is the right size except for the muffin tins – to bake cupcakes you have to use our regular gas oven. I think this is a plus if you want to cook on the stovetop and in the toaster at the same time.April 29, 2024

Excellent value, good quality, non-stick. These are standard pans, non-stick. However, they are thick to prevent warping. They are the perfect size for commercial kitchens and home ovens. They are easy to clean and will last for years. I did not grease the pans when I made chocolate chip cookies, which I normally don't do when making high fat cookies, and they turned out perfect. The edges are deep and thick. This set of pans is excellent value for the money, and I'm giving it 4 stars because I tried them about 12 days ago. I would have given it 5 stars, but they keep saying they are non-stick, but they are not.April 10, 2024

There is a learning curve: Helpful sales staff. I like the design of these pans but I am not completely happy with them since this is my first time using stainless steel pans. The cleaning tips did not work for me and the cooking time is longer than non-stick. The sales staff was very helpful and tried to keep the customer happy.April 6, 2024

The pans are nice but a little hard to clean. I fried fish and asparagus in them and there was definitely some grease coming out when I cleaned them. Overall they are very durable and hold up well in the oven.January 4, 2024

Great value for money, but a little too small for my half pan and not scratch resistant. Interestingly, a little too short for my half pan, but also a little too wide. Will never buy a non-stainless steel bakeware set again. I love them! I've always wanted to buy stainless steel bakeware but could never hold back and had to buy another set of non-stick. The last set I ended up breaking and was expensive. I searched and found this set. I love it! The granola I made got some honey on it but it came off easily with coconut oil. I soaked it in water for a while and it cleaned easily with the soft side of a sponge and it was shiny like new. The only thing is it could be a little thicker because heating it sometimes changes its shape see the photo of the oven. It returns to its normal shape after it cools. I'm so glad I bought two sets and will give the second one away as a Christmas gift. I will buy again!March 17, 2023

Very good, but the steel edge reinforcement will not rust. Solid and well-made cookware, although the manufacturer saved the corners and used a simple steel rod to reinforce the side edges. Hence the four stars. Should have used stainless steel. Many customers report rust on the edges. Manufacturer: Cookware must use stainless steel!June 20, 2022

It works great and is thick! Many pans I've tried have issues with warping but this one doesn't. I love how thick it is. The tray doesn't smell and doesn't scratch when I wash it with a sponge. Very easy to clean. The only problem is that the sides bend inwards. If you spill something on it, it can easily collect water and possibly even bacteria. It gives way to the heat. It's much easier to clean than my previous ridged pan. I've only used this pan to fry bacon so far and my only complaint is that it takes on a weird shape when heated in the oven but then returns to its normal shape when cooled. Very interesting.April 23, 2022

Stainless Steel Casserole Pan. I have been getting rid of aluminum pots, pans and baking sheets in my kitchen and this was the last thing I wanted to replace them with. They are durable and easy to clean with a stainless steel brush. Bacon and greasy food scrapes off easily. The baking pan is great.December 22, 2021

Nice stainless steel baking pans. These baking pans are very nice. I would pay more for stainless steel baking pans than aluminum. I have used them a few times and I am very happy with the prep work. As expected, would have been better if it was a little thicker. Worked out just as expected. It was super smooth so we used parchment paper. The price is reasonable and the quality is very good. I had to replace my aluminum pans with non-stick ones that had lost their coating. They didn't clean well and the coating was damaged and they lasted less than a year. I wanted stainless steel pans. These pans are very strong and not too thin. I was looking for "professional" pans, maybe a little thicker, but I couldn't find any at a reasonable price. I must say that the shiny smooth surface reduces sticking and also reflects heat. To keep this smooth surface I clean it with a non-scratch sponge or a brass pan sponge. So far so good. The food is delicious.July 6, 2020
