Excellent quality. The surface is almost mirror polished, and this smooth surface seems to reduce sticking. They are not "delicate", but they can be scratched, and scratches create a texture that food can "stick" to. So I am careful, especially when cleaning. I am very satisfied and will purchase other sizes of pans in the future.

Reduces toxins. These pans look great and are much better than the nonstick pans we were using before. We have four kids and we want to reduce toxins in our home and this was an easy change to make. They scratch easily but at least I don't have to worry about toxins getting into my kids' food. They are durable and come in a standard size. Great value for the money.

The loaf pan is almost half the size of a baking pan. These aluminum pans have a nice weight and thickness. They are a little smaller than a standard half pan, so they don't quite fit the one in my hand. My loaf pan also has sharp edges, but I try to smooth them out.

Most silicone baking mats are larger than these baking pans. Even though these baking pans are made of thick stainless steel, they will crack when placed in a hot oven. Only the aluminum baking pans are still flat. I wanted the stainless steel ones because they are nice and clean, so far they look great and are easy to clean. The reason I didn't give them five stars is the size. While I noticed they were looking for stainless steel half pans, that's not the actual size of the half pans. I have some older aluminum half pans and my silicone mats fit perfectly into those baking pans, the sides of the mats are curved. As you can see in the pictures, the stainless steel baking pans fit easily into my older half pans.

To say the smallest item is a pan is a bit of an exaggeration. While this set is beautiful, well made, and durable, I am concerned about the size of the smallest pan. You could probably bake two cookies with it.

My second updated review. I cooked with them once and they seemed sturdy. However, I continue to use them. Because I have parrots, I have to use chemical-free cookware. I continue to use them and they look fine. I don't even know which one is broken. They seem to be easy to clean. I only use the polished surface when making crispy chicken, so I rate them higher and hope to continue using them. I will buy them again.

I love them so much I plan on buying a few more and these are the only perfect pans.

Nice set, cooking tools. I'm replacing all my aluminum pans and these are a good cheap option. The larger model melted a little at 375 degrees but returned to normal after cooling. It's the same as my previous aluminum pans.

Be careful they are not too thick but I don't think that will be a problem. They look great and best of all they contain no aluminum or other harmful substances. I don't know why it took me so long to order the stainless pans haha. I'm getting rid of the aluminum pans.

Great bakeware. We wanted stainless steel bakeware instead of aluminum since we have stainless steel pots and pans. They are nice but not as heavy as the commercial ones. Food doesn't stick to them and they are easy to clean. Our daughter has already bought a set of these bakeware.

I'm a repeat customer. We use this pan primarily for roasting tomatoes and peppers in the fall. It's also great for zucchini pizza as long as it's buttered. Or just plain pizza. I've noticed that it warps when baking above 400 degrees. It doesn't bother me too much, but it can be a nuisance if liquid leaks out of the corners. I have 4 of these pans now and I'll try to duplicate them to avoid the "warping".

Made in the USA, these stainless steel pans please use more aluminum are beautiful, lightweight, easy to clean, and fry potatoes until they're nice and crispy, but still juicy on the inside. I even fried bacon without aluminum foil just to see how easy it would be to clean, and the foil ended up looking like new. Exactly as advertised. I haven't baked the cookies yet, but I'm very happy with them.

Good quality and well made! I use these pans for roasting potatoes and vegetables. Since I cover them tightly with parchment paper, I'm not sure if they will remove food particles easily. I washed them before using them and haven't had to since. I rinse them in hot water and dry them immediately, but if they are well covered so that food particles don't touch the pan, then this wouldn't be necessary. As others have said, they can get soft in a hot oven, but in my opinion, it's not that bad or a hassle even in a 425 degree oven.

It is non-stick and healthier. Everything is so far easy to disassemble and clean. It is the healthiest material for baking pans.

So far I am very happy. I only cook and eat plants with no added oils. I use baking paper or a silicone mat. The dripping oil is easy to remove and I like the size. Perfect for roasting a couple of sweet potatoes or reheating burgers or veggie beans. I use them in my large oven. Two can easily fit side by side. I am happy with the sturdiness of the stainless steel and the beautiful shine.

Great value for money, but a little too small for my half pan and not scratch resistant. Interestingly, a little too short for my half pan, but also a little too wide. Good thickness and seems sturdy. Good depth too. Material has slight manufacturing defects that affect performance. Not scratch resistant at all.

These are awesome! They meet all of my needs! The smaller pans fit perfectly in my air fryer! These pans have not warped, stained, or rusted and I have been using them for weeks straight! They still have that chrome look of stainless steel! Highly recommend! I will probably buy another set!

High quality plates. Some people complain that they become dense when heated. This is true and the nature of stainless steel, but it does not affect the functionality of the plates. These plates are much better than non-stick pans. Since they are so light, they do not burn the bottom of all the food I cook. They work like aluminum, but without the risk of poisoning.

This is my first time using these pans. These pans seem to be exactly what I want – smaller than my previous pans, but much heavier. So far, this is a good product.

Very good, no aluminum. Good for side dishes straight out of the oven. Very light. The bottom scratches easily, but the top cooking surface is fine. Cleans up very well. There is a shiny film after cooking the bacon, but no worse than other pans. Glad it does not contain aluminum, for health reasons.

Works perfect. I switched all my cookware to cast iron or stainless steel to avoid the toxin leaks that happen with aluminum and teflon cookware. I have been looking for stainless steel pots and am so glad my search led me to these. They work great, are easy to clean, cool quickly, and contain no toxic materials.

It should be thicker and heavier. If these panels were more stable, it would be perfect. They are too dense and break too easily.

They are great! I'm so happy that my non stick dishes don't leak anymore. I had a feeling I would eventually get tired of the non stick dishes that always fell off. I never had much luck and I was fed up. Give these a try, they are good old fashioned stainless steel dishes. As always, with a little butter or oil the food slides off easily!

Beautiful baking pans. I have only used these a few times so far, but even with the minimal use I have been impressed. Durable, cheap, non-toxic, and delicious! I love that this size pan fits in the oven. Perfect for cooking for a large family. I was surprised how easy it is to clean. If you wash it right after cooking, there is no need to cover it with foil. The best part is that they are completely safe and non-toxic. The only downside you might notice is that the center of the pan sometimes bends. Other than that, it is very durable, beautiful, and inexpensive!

Will never buy a non-stainless steel bakeware set again. I love them! I've always wanted to buy stainless steel bakeware but could never hold back and had to buy another set of non-stick. The last set I ended up breaking and was expensive. I searched and found this set. I love it! The granola I made got some honey on it but it came off easily with coconut oil. I soaked it in water for a while and it cleaned easily with the soft side of a sponge and it was shiny like new. The only thing is it could be a little thicker because heating it sometimes changes its shape see the photo of the oven. It returns to its normal shape after it cools. I'm so glad I bought two sets and will give the second one away as a Christmas gift. I will buy again!
