Good steam trays.Good quality half size steam trays. I think some of the poor reviews are from people not knowing what they are buying. They are just as sturdy as any disposable half size steam tray I've purchased at local stores. This isn't the same as a disposable baking pan.October 31, 2023

Works well.Fairly sturdy even when full. Use a baking sheet under the pans to make it easier and safer to move in and out of the oven.
