Inside, the carafe and mug are well insulated and have no cracks, chips, or other defects. There is a sticker with the company seal on each glass and carafe. You will need to use acetone to remove the stickiness, but it is not a big deal. Each product is bold and beautiful! The included bar glass looks pretty standard, but one positive: the build quality seems good and they all look the same with no warping or bulging. The other items that come with the carafe, like the clip, stones, and pouch, seem to be of good quality, but I haven't used them yet. The packaging is very nice so I'm definitely going to keep it if I want to give it as a gift I won't have to repackage it. There are no nicks or grooves in the bamboo soap dish. The only downside is that the soapstone itself is a bit small relative to the size of the jars to accommodate the size of the large jar fillers.
