Upon delivery, 2 of the 8 bottles were completely broken below the neck. The bottles were well packaged, in manufacturer's packaging and then double-wrapped without any additional padding or fragile labels. I would recommend that future buyers choose manufacturer's packaging for shipping if possible.April 27, 2023

These bottles are great, but they don't seal. My kombucha leaks when I use these bottles, and you can hear the air escaping when you shake them. They are very good, but not ideal for fermenting.April 8, 2022

Apparently the top of the swings came off at some point including the metal part and could not be put back on. Also, some of the swings did not swivel properly and needed to be repaired which was annoying.January 6, 2020
