Very useful. I have several similar ones that I use regularly. Now that the kids are out of the house, I like to fill them with their favorite things and send them home. But I could always use more. They keep well in the fridge. These aren't as good as the ones I have. The silicone is a little thinner and the lids aren't quite as durable. However, I don't think this affects practicality or durability. Highly recommended.December 27, 2024

They got stained, but that's okay. I love the choice that the two 1 cup packs of bouillon cubes provide! My biggest concern was whether the 1 cup cubes would fit in the small food storage bags from other companies, and it does! Perfect for individual servings. They go in the warm and beverage section of my fridge. I also have some frozen chicken broth that I keep in the "start here" section of my fridge. The first ones I tried were the slow cooker chicken enchiladas and the red sauce. Yes, they got stained, but they changed color after a run through the dishwasher, so I took a half star off. The other half star is because one of the corner covers broke and wouldn't come off. I'm definitely looking to buy more sizes…just gotta decide which to get.October 25, 2024

Good quality, I recommend it. It's exactly what I needed to get the exact amount for homemade broth. My only problem is that the lid doesn't fit snugly enough to prevent leaks when putting the tray in the freezer, even when keeping the liquid below the clearly visible fill line. It's a minor detail though – I would buy it again and hope to buy more.June 7, 2024

Very useful tool. I like that it has serving sizes and that it has a lid so you can easily pour out the soup and freeze it in one place. However, it depends on how much space you have in the freezer and since the food is heavy, I don't want to pile it on top of each other.January 11, 2024

Perfect for a lowball glass. I bought this product to make ice cubes for my highball glass but they were too thick. I cut them in half and used them in a whiskey glass. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that these ice cubes don't stand upright. They get bigger in the middle.September 25, 2023

Very good, but not cheap. There's not a lot to say about this product other than it does exactly what it says on the box: it freezes individual portions without a problem, it's easy to clean, and some parts of the plate are easily removable. I only gave it 4 stars because it's a bit pricey for a silicone plate. However, it looks like it will last a long time.September 24, 2023

Excellent but not perfect. Prepares perfect portions. Sturdy and durable frame and soft silicone cups: frozen soups pour easily. However, the tomato discs are discolored and have a strong silicone smell. Soaking them at dawn is pointless and the smell is too bad. I soaked them in white vinegar overnight and it worked well, but it didn't completely go away. I have two, so always one "tomato" and the other for all other mixtures.August 12, 2023

Great value, buy it. Great product. A little pricey but I use it all the time. The only downside is the cup size is a little small for normal amounts, even for a healthy soup. I went back and ordered the larger 2 cup size though and don't regret it.July 28, 2023

Almost perfect. I bought a few of these bowls but noticed after the third use that one of them started to fade from a smoothie I was freezing. It was a spinach smoothie. I'm not sure if this was a defect or if my other slices were fading as well.May 5, 2023

love them. I use them for all sorts of things. The only problem is that they retain odors. I've read other reviews saying they don't retain odors, but mine do. I don't have a dishwasher though, so that might be a factor. I wouldn't hesitate to buy them again though. Reasonably priced and great storage. What I like: Easy to use, easy to clean, and convenient for storing multiple portions of food to freeze later. The quality of the product is worth the price, especially since two are included with the purchase. I gave one to my mom as a gift. What I don't like: The lid doesn't close tightly, which is fine as long as you have a larger shelf to store this container. On par with well-known brands. This silicone mold works as expected. The lid goes on easily once filled and portions are easy to remove from the mold once frozen. Very useful! I bought these molds before a week-long trip. I made a lot of dishes that would otherwise become boring during the week. For comparison, I froze some dishes in these molds and others in regular plastic trays. It is very easy to remove frozen food from the flexible molds! It just slides out with a slight twist, compared to using a regular iron. The controlled portion sizes are great too. The only minor criticism is that the lid is so soft that it is hard to clean and I had to press on the lid several times during the freezing process to check if the food was sealed well. Other than that, this is a great product. Very useful if you cook or prepare meals frequently!December 11, 2022

Great quality but a little pricey. I love these ice cubes. I use them to freeze individual portions of soups and homemade chicken broth. They are sturdy and durable but still flexible enough to easily take out frozen items. They are a real space saver and fit underneath my freezer drawer. I wish they were about 10 cheaper but I guess the manufacturers know they have a good product and take advantage of that. I would buy another toy to give to my parents.October 22, 2022

Very useful, but the lid does not stay on accurately. I live alone and need a way to store food for later use. This 2 cup container is large and it is relatively easy to get food out of the container. The problem I had was that the soft silicone cover did not fit well. I had to keep checking to see if it was moving until it reached its final destination in the fridge. I took the first one completely out of the jar to put in the fridge and even though I did not use the second side, I had no problem getting it out. I still had to check the lid when I returned it to the fridge. I have another one with a tighter lid and I will get back to you. Overall, I would probably order this item again as it is an easy way to avoid waste and store food for later use.September 3, 2022

They are pricey but store food very efficiently. I had my eye on one for a while but didn't want to pay full price…I finally gave in and bought this. I love freezers and these make freezing and storing food so easy. I took off a star for the price and since they are new I don't know if they will last long but I hope so.September 1, 2022

Expensive but great quality. I've wanted to buy it for a while but the price put me off. Since I make bone broth every 6-8 weeks I finally gave in. thought about using more than I could, but it wasn't worth it. I thought about ordering more, but they were expensive. I can get smaller, reusable containers for much cheaper and more easily available. It's not easy to put food in without making a mess, so it's just too hard to take one at a time, so I just keep them in the freezer. Great ice cubes! I love everything about them except the price, which is a little cheaper if you buy two…but then again, 20 for a cooler is crazy. I bought one and decided to trade it in instead of buying more. The four ice cubes fit in the bottom of a gallon bag, freeing up the tray for another serving. The servings are generous, and they slide open easily when you push on them. The trays are also easy to clean. To freeze the ice cubes, you just need a flat surface the same size as the pans in your freezer. I usually use regular ice cube trays, but the idea of using one ice cube per serving is a good one.March 24, 2022

Excellent food prep tool. I am no stranger to food prep but these freezer cubes are new to me. What a great idea. I bought these as a replacement for this brand and they did not disappoint. The cubes themselves are sturdy. As mentioned in the video, the lids are flexible but do not interfere with the use of the items. It is very easy to remove frozen food from the cubes and they are a breeze to clean. The only thing I don't like is that the silicone will retain odors. I highly recommend them.December 17, 2021

The hardest part is the price. I would give them 5 stars if the price wasn't so ridiculous. They are easy to clean, durable, and you can use them to ladle soup straight out of the pressure cooker with no issues. The blocks are easily removable and the lid stays in place.December 16, 2021

Great for freezing easy to store portions. Great for freezing just the right amount of soups and sauces. Easy to remove and use or store in freezer bags, which is a plus for freezer organization. The only downside is that there is always a white film left on the silicone blocks after washing. One more wash with white vinegar will remove it.October 5, 2021

The portion size is just right. I love the design and functionality of this product. My only complaint is that it absorbs odors. I made a batch of beef stew soup and hand washed it in the dishwasher and even soaked it with baking soda and it still smelled like soup. I froze some chopped peppers and took them out but they didn't seem to taste or smell like soup so that was ok.February 24, 2021

Easy to use, but… This is my first time using it to freeze beef broth. It freezes well and the frozen blocks are easy to remove. However, I am bothered by the smell that remains on the silicone mold. The size is perfect and it stacks easily in the freezer, but I had a hard time getting the contents out. Not only does it stick to the contents which could be fixed with oil or a coating, but the silicone itself is thick and hard to push all the way out to get the contents out.October 27, 2020

Great and expensive product. I love them! Once frozen they are super easy to take out and clean! I hate the price. I hesitated for months to buy them because I thought they were too expensive. In my opinion the price for a 2 person should be 19.99. If they were cheaper I would buy a few games for myself and others and give them away which would bring in more revenue for the company but at the current price I only get one game. Love them, butthere is a cup in each compartment. They are perfect for storing in the fridge. ButI have learned how to ladle out soup and it is nice to be able to store it that way. Very practical, but don't freeze very well. I like what they can do, but most things swell up when frozen and are hard to remove from the bowl. Also, the lids don't seal tightly, so food often gets burned on the top of the freezer. Once I freeze things, they are easy to remove, and there are two freezer bags per quart so I can portion out soup to the right size.July 26, 2020

Great ice cubes for freezing. A must have for anyone who freezes soups, stews, sauces, leftovers and pretty much anything. I love that they have 1 and 2 cup serving size markings inside. The full bucket is perfect for single servings, soups or meals in my opinion and is also just the right size for two people to share foods like cheese sauce. They are made of high quality silicone. I have used other well known brands of ice cubes in the past and these were just as good. The steel frame provides enough support to keep the ice cubes nice and stable, especially when you stack them. I prefer a harder lid, this is soft silicone and serves its purpose but the harder lid is more stable when stacked. You can store frozen food in it but once the food ice cube is frozen the silicone is easy to remove so you can store it in a ziplock bag or vacuum sealer which saves a lot of space. They take up a lot of storage space, and I know they should have tapered sides instead of straight to allow for stacking, but I welcome that change. Useful but has a smell. I love this product. It is very useful and I recommend everyone to buy the silicone mold. The sizes and measurements provided on the side of the mold are very useful. love them! I wish they weren't so expensive, I love them! I've shared them with friends and we are always looking for new things to freeze. Pasta sauces, of course, soups, stews, and even a big batch of cooked beans. I'm going to wait until summer and freeze the big blocks and then put them in my lemonade! This keeps the drinks cold without diluting them. You can store frozen soups, stews, chili, etc. in "brick" form. It's more space efficient that way. Then add a brick or two or three to heat up and you're good to go! For the price, I'm taking off a star.April 22, 2020

Overall, I'm very satisfied. This is my first silicone freezer bowl so I don't have a comparison, but they are good bowls. So far, they've held up very well. Their size and shape is convenient, and I can fit two frozen foods in the 1.5 liter pot. And it's easy to remove food from the bowls. The steel reinforcement gives them great stability for liquid transfers and makes it easier to stack the bowls properly. The bowls are easy to clean. While they are dishwasher safe, they don't dry well in the dishwasher. I hand wash them and then let them air dry in the dryer. One problem is that a lot of frost accumulates under the lid. I've never used a plastic food container this much. I haven't yet determined whether this is due to the different porosity of the materials or the tightness of the lid. I'm leaning towards the latter. However, since my food doesn't get freezer burn, this is a minor issue for me.March 25, 2020
