There is a part missing. It works fine and heats water quickly, but there is no tea filter. If you send me the missing part, it will be perfect for me.May 6, 2022

Heats up quickly. Works great. Only problem is when I use herbal or loose teas, the filter still leaves herbal residue in the teapot. It certainly doesn't stop the dirt from showing up.May 10, 2020
