Missing filter. I just received my kettle and it works just as described. The only problem is they advertised a removable and reusable filter as included. I did not receive one.December 3, 2022

Beautiful teapot. I love this teapot but it has brown stains on the bottom that look like it is burnt even though it is not. I scrubbed it with steel wool and the stains went away but they are back.December 22, 2021
