Easy to take down.They look great, however you have to be careful. The foldable stand will buckle.Note: people who don't know the stand is foldable are the ones who accidentally make them buckle because they are unaware they fold. When they help serve. Sharp edges.So far everything looks good to me. No dents, no scratches. I am afraid to separate them as what everyone says on the reviews but so far there are easy to separate. The only thing I don't like about it is the scarps on the sides. Just be careful while putting them together. Can't wait to try them for thanksgiving.October 6, 2023

Why no candles?.Legit, this product was easy to put together and great quality. Worth the money. But we didn't know it didn't come with the candles or whatever is needed to keep the food hot. That was such a huge disappointment. Anyhow, it will be better prepared. These are excellent for parties or small events! They hold a LOT of food so don't need to worry.September 11, 2023

These should be just right for a catering event!, but open these early to check!.The chafing dishes seem sturdy and will be used for a catering event. Most of the trays came covered with plastic and came apart easily. However, there were 2 trays that were not completely covered with plastic and were impossible to pull apart.Someone previously mentioned using ice. I put ice and water in the top pan and let it set for 10 min. Then I flipped the trays over dumping the ice water, and immediately and CAREFULLY poured boiling water on the bottom tray (which was now on the top). I was able to finally and easily pull them apart. Be careful with the hot water as it pours out! I did this outside.Also, the dimensions of the inside tray are 11 and 3/4 inches x 19 and 1/2 inches.March 12, 2023

Hard to pull apart.It literally took me 10-15 minutes to just pull the pans apart and to do so without scratching or cutting myself. Other than that, I can't wait to use them!November 12, 2022

Thin gauge, but great price..We decided to try offering a breakfast buffet. Without a large investment, this chafer set has been perfect for the test. If the buffet continues to be a success, we may upgrade to sturdier pans and tongs as these get dented and bent with use. However, they have worked just fine and they look classy. Don't forget to order plenty of chafing fuel (wick cans fit into included burners, or you can fill burners with alcohol gel bought in bulk). Word of advice: immediately use thread lock (or even superglue) on the stainless nuts and bolts that fasten the support stands together, or they WILL come loose, drop off, and get lost, and the stands will collapse! Even better, replace the nuts with stainless nylocks.August 3, 2022
