Nice Quality Materials, But Unfinished.Purchased this for occasional use at family dinners, specifically Thanksgiving. Well-designed and constructed, easy to assemble, and the parts fit well together. The metal is excellent quality, high gauge stainless steel with a nice mirror finish. The sterno holders are well made and quickly extinguish when they are finished. Found this set to be an excellent value for the price I was willing to pay, however I could not give five stars because the manufacturer cut corners by not seaming/burling the edges of the three insert serving pans; they are extremely sharp and could prove dangerous to someone in a hurry (as you often are while pulling together a big dinner). I've found a neighbor who has a metal shop and plan to ask for assistance, or I might invest in a Dremel grinder tool or some heavy-duty emery paper and finish the pans myself. Otherwise, I am pleased with the set and would recommend.November 2, 2023

Value for my money.like the product, it is big and it was able to hold a lot of food. It looked really nice and I got a lot of questions as to where I bought it. The only thing is the packaging, it had a little tiny dent but no one can see except you. My advice is for them to add more packaging material.September 28, 2023

Looks just like the pic advertised.Packaged nicely, with care! Shipping was $41 for me on this item, delivered via FedEx. I like that this set is lightweight, compared to a previous set that I had that was so heavy! A panel is broken on one of them and a few dings in the lids. Overall, I'm satisfied.July 11, 2023

Price, and the early arrival. Thank you..We have a function at my church and need these chafing dishes. I have not tried them yet because our event is not until October 19th. Two other members of my church bought a total of 4 from Restaurant Depot that are collapsible, I wish the set I bought collapsed it would take up less space. However, they look good.May 4, 2023

Very nice.The only criticism I have is that when you lift the lid, it's quite difficult to find the little hooks to keep them on, so you end up juggling these big lids trying to find somewhere to put them down. A better hooking system back there would be easier.February 10, 2023

Dented pans. But great otherwise..I host house parties often so I needed chafing pans. The price is a bargain. The quality is also nice. Only problem is the 2 of the pans came with teeth in them. Good versatility and acceptable quality for the money.Needed something quick to support Independence Day party. Nice to have the multiple pan sizes and is fairly decent thickness. I borrowed a neighbors chaffing pan as well and realized that the more expensive ones are much nicer quality in terms of metal thickness and craftsmanship. Overall is reasonable purchase but if I had to do it again I might invest the extra money to get a nicer quality set for long term usage.January 6, 2023

Easy to assemble.I haven't had the chance to use these items yet. A few of the sternos holders have slight rust coming out of the package but that's not a big issue for me. Happy there wasn't any teeth on any of the pans.January 1, 2023

Good value but picture is misleading..They are nice but the picture shows the lids are standing next to it open. It's not the case, they are not connected. Good quality for the value..My complaints are one of the hinges was broken and one was bent up on the leg area when it arrived. The pans that came with it are really thin but will do for the purpose they are designed for which is holding the water to be heated. The chafers are very durable.May 13, 2022
