Nice cookware set. I needed a spatula for mixing and this set comes with two. It also comes with a flexible spatula. The spatula is a little smaller than the others but a good size for use in the kitchen. The flat ones seem small to me. They might work for a recipe with about 4 cups of flour but probably not more. The round spatula will give you a smaller loaf than what you buy at the supermarket, for example.November 18, 2022

The basket is great, the lid… is different than expected. This photo shows the investment I received. Compare it to the basket liner, which has a rounded piece at the bottom that fits better. The fabric shown in the first photo and the other photos is different. The lid I received is not linen like in the first photo, nor is it muslin like in the second photo. It may sound complicated, but when you spend almost 24 hours making a loaf of bread, fiddling with a stuck-on liner is no fun. This is the second proofing basket I've ordered that was either missing or misdescribed. The proofing basket itself – both are well made, the sheet is well made, the brush is handy, and who doesn't need an extra scraper? It's also well made and the handle is very nice. For me, the pot is the most important part of making bread.October 8, 2022

Despite the flaws, it works great. I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 because the construction of the basket is not stable in many places and gaps appear which is a problem, but I have fermented several loaves and the basket has no problem pulling the bread out. The basket is stable, the right size for 1-2 kg of bread, and it is easy to clean.August 20, 2022

Not sure what to think about this basket. Everything was packaged very well. It could be user error but it was difficult to get the dough out of the basket when I used the proofing basket. It was laborious for its intended use. Other than that everything was great and easy to store.May 27, 2022

Excellent set. I've been making sourdough for a while now and I always use household items I already have because it always works. Well, I've been baking a lot more bread now and needed more bowls so here we are. This is a great set! Looks to be of very high quality. I'll update the act once I use it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that it came with no information or instructions, nothing. Especially for beginners, basic instructions would be helpful. For example, how to put the knife on the blade, instructions for washing the white lid, whether the other items are dishwasher safe, how to use the banner. This is just my opinion but other than that, this is a great set!September 1, 2021

Nice starter kit. These are great to start making yeast dough. The dough scraper was not packaged very well. It came in a plastic sleeve/bag with one end open. The blade fell off and landed on my leg and caused a cut. If it had fallen the wrong way, my leg could have been amputated. I think the dough scraper should have something covering the metal blade so it doesn't hurt anyone. Other than that, everything is good.November 20, 2020

It's not the highest quality, but first of all it's a good value for money. All the promised items are included and fully functional. I measured the baskets and they are as described. I didn't experience any of the quality issues I reported, such as the stitching on the lid coming loose. In fact, after the first wash I pulled hard by hand and had no problem lining them up in the basket. They are comfortable, but once dry they settle. I rinse everything thoroughly with hot water before use, as I wash everything they send me. I have no issues with them. They're not particularly high quality or fancy, but for the price they arrived quickly and were fine to use for cooking until I figure out what I want to invest more in.January 9, 2020
