Nice set but…….So I bought these awhile back but I just started using them the last 4 months. They are a very nice set. A bit expensive but nice. The problem I am having is the black is actually coming off. You can see the silver coming through. I am really disappointed because I loved this set. They are genuine stainless steel and the smooth surface gives the flatware an elegant look that this set could be used anywhere from home dining to high class restaurant dining. The weight of each piece is solid and given the quality and design it is a great value. Even the steak knives are superior in that the stem goes all the way through the handle which secures the knife with 3 rivets in the handle, which means durability as well. Dishwasher safe!.I've had these for two months. I am very hard on them. They stay in my sink with food on them overnight on occasion. Then I toss them in the dishwasher and they always come out beautifully. Occasionally they will get smears or spots so I just toss them back in the dishwasher. They still look brand new! Just what I was looking for.loved the look of these, they struck me as classy because of the sleek, black matte instead of the regular silver color, and the price was right. I read some reviews about them rusting or some discoloration, but I figured I'd give them a try to see for myself, and I am so pleased with my decision. Each piece was in its own packaging, so I liked that, and once I had them all unwrapped, I was in awe of just how nice this set is! I hand washed them before use, and didn't notice any discoloration while washing and drying them. This set is everything I was hoping for, they are comfortable to hold, steak knives are very sharp, and I found the sizes of these are just right! I have read other reviews about bending, discoloration, or rusting and I'm happy to report, I haven't had any of those things happen and I've had my set for about a month. I am so excited to serve my first Thanksgiving dinner with these classy looking utensils. I highly recommend this set, especially at the low price of 20.00.May 26, 2022

Great mirror finish set.Great silverware set, mirror polished stainless steel is super easy to keep clean. Nice package with serving spoons and carving fork, even pie server. Two small issues keep this from five stars all the way, one fork had a very sharp edge or burr along the outer tines out of the box. Got a cut lip but took a piece of steel wool just at the very corner and its ok now. Also had one fork with tines bent together, even though these were packaged individually wrapped and then in bubble wrap and then also rubber banded together. After doing a fair amount of looking around I found this set. Its got everything you need….Dinner Forks, Desert Forks, Table spoons and Tea spoons, Butter knives and Steak Knives.! These are really high quality, very sturdy and weighty. Also these don't seem to corrode or rust even if you leave them unwashed for a while. Good little set for a good price.This is a great set if you just want some nice and sturdy but simple cutlery but also serving utensils and steak knives. For $32 or so, a 53-piece stainless steel set that includes the extra servers and steak knives is a pretty darn good deal, and nothing else I shopped for on here came close to being both what I wanted and a good price. Yes the salad/dessert utensils are kinda smaller than average and the steak knives are sorta small and light but they are sharp as hell and get the job done. Besides it's probably a good thing that they aren't too big and clunky. The serving utensils aren't incredible, they're smallish too but decent and also get the job done. And stainless steel is always great. Nice staple to the dinner-sized forks and spoons, they're really good. Well worth it I think, best I could find for what I was after. I'm so torn between 4 or 5 stars. 4.5 might be reasonable but since that's not an option, and somehow 5 seems just barely too high for a set with certain pieces being so small, so 4 it is. But I do recommend if you don't mind the smaller stuff being just a touch too small.October 19, 2020

They work and don't seem to rust..I've washed them twice and no sign of rust as reviewed on A LOT of other silverware sets on the site. The regular size utensils seemed a little oversized and the salad forks seemed a little small, but they work. I'm in a cabin and I had no silverware and was living on a set of plastic utensils.
